Online Entry

1. Where do I enter online?
   Here PayPal and credit card accepted.
2. How many spaces are available?
   280 Individual (€50), 20 Team (€100).
3. What are the Terms and Conditions of entry?
   Terms and Conditions.
4. Is the Salmon Run a National Series event?
   Yes it is.
5. Do I need to be a Triathlon Ireland member to enter?
   You must either become a member of Triathlon Ireland or purchase a One Day License from http://www.triathlonireland.com prior to the event, No One Day Licences will be available on the day of the event.
6. I received an email about a new user account when I entered, what's that about?
   liquidmotion.ie is a user account based site, when you register for an event or sign up on the site You will receive a user account for administering your online entries.
7. Can I edit my online entries after registration?
   Yes you can.
8. I got injured/pregnant/lazy, can I have my registration fee back?
   You can transfer your entry to a different user and arrange with them to pay you for your registration. This is available through the online entry management interface.
9. Do I need to become a member of Liquid Motion to enter the Salmon Run?
   No.
10. Can I get a refund of my entry if I decide to Cancel?
    No. If you cancel your entry you will not be refunded, however you will be opening up a space for someone else to enter.
11. How do I transfer my entry?
    1. Get the liquidmotion.ie username of the person you wish to transfer your entry to. (if they don't have one they can register one)
    2. Log in to your account on this site
    3. Go to the manage entries page
    4. Click the Transfer link beside your entry
    5. Select the username you wish to transfer your entry to from the drop down box, and click the transfer button
    6. Arrange for the person you transferred your entry to to pay you €50/buy you dinner/take you on holiday.
    7. Make sure the person you transferred the entry to logs in and edits their new entry to their details.

Membership

1. How do I register as a member?
   First register as a user then pay your membership
2. How much does it cost to become a member?
   €15.00 for 2012
3. I didn't receive a verification email when I registered as a user, why not?
   Email is unreliable, check your spam folders, if the email isn't there, wait an hour then click reset your password.
4. Does becoming a member provide me with insurance?
   No, you must be a triathlon ireland member to get insurance cover at triathlon events.
