as we have our first club duathlon coming up next sunday, fridays turbo will be a little lighter than last night,i would suggest all members who have a heart rate monitor and as of yet are not sure of their LTHR  to wear one during the duathlon and record average heart rate for the bike leg and also for the second run( just hit the lap button, for each leg) Normal service will resume the following week with the emphasis on power development, great session last night a really solid effort from everyone well done!!                                                                           paul

An Ironman Information Evening will take place on Friday 20th January - 8:30 pm at Ballina Sports and Leisure Centre. The information evening is open to athletes of all abilities who have an interest in testing the waters of ironman distance either this year or in the future. The evening is an informal question and answer session with club members who have successfully completed the ironman distance. Topics covered will include training plans, nutrition, recovery etc. Admission to this event is free. All welcome.

To celebrate Christmas, Liquid Motion would like to invite all members out for a organised club spin.

Departing from Ballina Swimming Pool this Sunday the 11th at 9:30am sharp.

As it is the festive season Liquid Motion will give all cyclists a early Christmas present of a free coffee/tea and bun at a stop on route.
