Triathlon route cycle and run

This evening we had our planning meeting for our 2010 Salmon Run Triathlon.  Unfortunately we had a small attendance.  In preparation for the SalmonRun 2010 Triathlon there will be a cycle and run to review this years route, meeting at 7pm sharp this Friday (May 7th) at the end of Bachelors Walk.  This is a Club cycle and run and therefore is only open to Liquid Motion Club Members (for insurance purposes).  It is not a race but a steady bike and run to review the route. 

On Friday we will take the opportunity to start to confirm names of family members and friends who will be marshalling where Club members are participating in our 2010 Salmon Run.  In order to ensure the safety of our Triathlon and involvement of all Club Members this year we require that 2 family members/friends are confirmed as marshalls for each Club member participating.
