Enniscrone Splash and Dash

The first ever Enniscrone Splash and Dash will take place this Sunday. The event consists of a 1k swim followed by a 8k run.

Competitors will start on the beach and will swim the 1k to the pier. Transition will be located at the exit of the slipway of the pier. The 8k run will consist of laps of the new walkway and will finish beside transition. This event is the ideal way to finish off the season or it can be used as training for any one who is taking on the challenge of the Blacksod Triathlon.

Entry will cost €10 and is payable at registration which will be located beside the transition area. Prizes will be given to the first 3 male and female finishers. Registration will take place at the Pier from 5pm - 5:45pm with the start at 6pm sharp.

We are aware that there are a number of events on this weekend but we hope that as many members as possible will take part. If you are unable or do not want to take part, but wish to help out on the day you can send me a give me a call or txt on 086 3737734.
