Summer Aquathon Series!!

The first and second race of the 4 Race Summer Aquathon Series have been finalised and will take place on Wednesday 1st and 8th August (3rd & 4th races TBC). Meet at Gortnor Abbey Pier sign on at 7p.m. The distances are 500m Swim followed by a 5K run. Split times will be recorded for swim/transition and run. A handicapped system will be used. There will be Kayaks for swim safety. Post race showers will be available at Crossmolina GAA Club then tea and sandwiches in Hineys, Main Street, Crossmolina. €5 entry for each race payable on the night to David Sands. The 4 race series is open to all Liquid Motion Triathlon Club members (new members welcome). Prizes for overall series winners 1st, 2nd & 3rd. Wetsuits are compulsory. So dust down those wetsuits from the Salmon Run Triathlon. Hope to see you all there. David
