winter training spins

A "winter" training spin will take place on saturday 6th of october, meeting at the swimming pool in ballina to be on the road for 11am. this will be a 11\2 to 2 hour spin where members of castlebar cycling club will be on hand to give some helpful hints on bunch riding, and as such will be especially useful for anyone interested in joining castlebar cyling club to avail of the extensive winter training programme planned for next season.No rest for the wicked! so dust off the training bikes and dont forget your helmets!
