Women's training weekend

Calling all Liquid motion ladies, what better way to kick start the winter training schedules?! Triathlon Ireland have organised a women's training weekend on 20-21st Oct in Enfield, Co. Meath. There will be coaching available in all three disciplines as well as lots of tips and advice from the experts. From reports of the last women's training event, its not all hard training and will be an opportunity to meet others and have a laugh as well. There are plans to organise similar events around the country,so it would be great to have some representatives from the club there.
