there will be a group training spin on saturday 27 meeting at ballina swimming pool on the road for 10 am sharp!it is hoped to group people according to their ability. for further details please contact albert morrow on 0876652039 before thursday 25th.the outlook weather wise is very good so there is no excuse not to get back in the saddle!
