club duathlon series

the first club duathlon will take place on sunday 9th of march,sign on at the car park ramada hotel ballina at 10 am sharp. The race will involve a 4k run\15kcycle\4krun on a safe flattish loop and should be agreat oppurtunity for all club members to dust off the winter cobwebs.     Sunday 22nd April 2012 @ 12.00pm.Register on the morning of the race at the Community Centre from 10:00 - 11:30 am or register www.runireland.ie    Refreshments and prize giving and will take place in Foxford Community Centre afterwards.Race in memory of Martin Boyle.
