Registration
-
Registration will take place at the times indicated above at Ballina Swimming Pool. Body marking will take place at registration. A race information board will be on display. Goody bags, race numbers and swim caps will be distributed. Registration will close at 22:00 sharp on Friday the 14th and at 09:00 sharp on Saturday 15th. Unregistered entrants will not be allowed to compete.

River Swim (and clear up) then Run
-
Meet at the Green Jetty at 7p.m on Wednesday.
Plan to get in the water at the Ridgepool no later than 7.30p.m.
After completion of the swim, it is planned to have a quick 'clear up' of the bottom of the river and bankside at the swim finish area in preperation for Saturdays race.
All help greatly appreciated.
Then after we will do the run course.
