- a 40k tour of scenic lough gill will take place on saturday 27th of september starting at 10 am from sligo it. This would be an ideal introduction to any club members who have little experience in bunch riding as it will be a leisurely pace with a few cake stops thrown in!Cycle helmets must be worn and further details are available on www.innisfreewheelers.com .

- Sea Swims
- There will be two sea swims organised this week in preparation for the triathlon in Belmullet. The first is on tomorrow the 15th at 5:00pm. The second is on Wednesday the 17th at 7:30pm. Both swims will take place in Enniscrone starting at the pier. They will be ideal training any one taking part in the up coming triathlon.

Now that the season is almost over it is now time for the clubs AGM. It will be held on Saturday October 11th at the Dock Bar (same location as last year) at 8 pm. If anyone has anything to put on the agenda for the meeting just send me an email at seanleonard71@eircom.net before October 9th
